Commission Status : CLOSED

Terms and Conditions

Payment
Please note all the commission orders must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Commission order will be confirmed after the payment has been received.
Payment must be made through paypal with USD.
Please note the paypal handling fee will be charged on top of the actual price.

Commission process
Once the payments are confirmed, I will start working on the sketches.
Rough sketch will be sent out to the commissioner for the approval.
If you require any change to the pose/detail of the commission, it must be made at this stage.
Once the commission move to the colouring stage, request of change cannot be accepted unless agreed for the additional payment.
The edit/change of the commission due to the error on my side will be free of charge.

Usage of the Art
Please note all the commission works are for private and personal use only.
Please do not re-sell or create prints of the art for your own profit.
Usage of icons, banners and emoji on self promotion (such as youtube/twitch channel) are welcomed with correct credit.
Please also note that I may use the finished commission as samples or for future promotion.

Cancellation
After the confirmation of the order, the cancellation can only be made if the commission is on the rough sketch stage.

References
Please make sure to provide the detailed reference of your character/subject when you place the order. Please be very specific about the detail of the order to avoid confusion/unnecessary changes later on.

Style of the commission (Icon, Bust up, paint style/ simple shading etc)
Details (Poses, scenery, background etc)
Paypal detail (If you requires the invoice)

Full body

100USD per character
Simple background +25USD
The price does not includes complicated details such as armors/weapons.
Detailed backgrounds and complicated details are charged separately upon negotiation.
Shown price are for the simple shading style.

Bust Up/Half body

60USD per character for Bust up
70USD per character for Half body
Prices shown are for shading style only. +15USD for painted style.
Simple background +15USD
The price does not includes complicated details such as armors/weapons.
Detailed backgrounds and complicated details are charged separately upon negotiation.

Icons/Emotes

25USD per Icon/Emote
Custom Icons/Emotes for personal uses.
28x28, 56x56, 112x112 sizes available for Twitch channel.
Twitch Affliate Bundle : 5 emotes/budges for the price of 4

Chibis

35USD per character
Simple background +10USD
The price does not includes complicated details such as armors/weapons.
